Printed Transfer Sheets

Printed transfer sheet decorating is a fun and creative way to transfer color images to white and light chocolate. Simply pour melted chocolate over the transfer, wait for it to cool, and then peel the backing off. Because these sheets do not contain cocoa butter like chocolate transfers you don't have to worry about smearing, and there is no need to temper your chocolate. Because only the design is transferred to the chocolate there is no added taste or texture, just vibrant colors.
